Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring: FedEx Delivery Driver Manager in Magna

We are seeking a full-time FedEx BC (Operations Manager) in the Magna, UT area!

This role requires the ability to effectively lead a team of drivers through up to 12 package delivery routes to residential communities and businesses. The right candidate will be adaptable with a strong work ethic, confidence, ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills.

**This is not a Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM position. It will require some long-hour days and occasional weekend work, but it will also be flexible with your schedule when circumstances allow it.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday - Friday weekly daytime schedule with Saturday availability required

• Up to $1700 weekly with up to $300 in bonus potential (total earning potential $2,000 weekly)
