Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join a highly reputable dental practice in Romeo, MI. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about providing excellent patient care and promoting oral health education in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and provide advanced periodontal care, including scaling and root planing.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to improve long-term dental health.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments and treatments.
• Utilize tools such as the Dental Fitness Index (DFI) to evaluate periodontal health, ensuring a minimum DFI Med score of 80.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting.
• Certification: Certified Dental Hygienist with a current license to practice in Michigan.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of periodontal health care and advanced dental practices.
• Skills:
  • Excellent patient communication and education skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
