Job Summary

• Provides oversight and direction for short-term rehab unit.
• Patient avg LOS is 15 days.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit
• Lead by example.
• Ability to oversee care on the unit and develop team member accountability.

Job Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA
• 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit
• 3+ years experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability
• 
  

Compensation: Salary range from $ 75K- $83K based on years of experience

Sign on bonus: $8K
