- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Licensure: Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan
- Certification: Valid CPR certification
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
