About the Job:
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join a vibrant team in a 30-bed ICU, combining Neuro and Surgical ICU services. This is a three-month contract position at a renowned healthcare center in Chicago, offering 12-hour night shifts and the chance to make a direct impact on critically ill patients. Your expertise in EPIC, CRRT, CABG, Stroke, TNK, and adherence to BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards will be vital in delivering top-notch patient care.

What youll be doing:
- Delivering compassionate, skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Implementing and executing medical care plans, ensuring seamless communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervising and guiding other nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Managing unit responsibilities in the absence of the Head Nurse, demonstrating leadership and proactive problem-solving.
- Floating to other units as needed, ensuring continuous coverage and support for patients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Skills: ICU RN, Traveler ICU RN, and familiarity with EPIC.
- Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work every other weekend and alternate holidays as needed.
