What youll be doing:

• Deliver and monitor patient care, ensuring all physician and nursing orders are accurately carried out.

• Act as a primary coordinator to provide well-integrated patient care across disciplines.

• Assess discharge planning needs and coordinate with the healthcare team for a seamless patient transition.

• Record, monitor, and communicate patient condition, maintaining a high standard of care and patient advocacy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

• Licensed RN with experience in Medical/Surgical care.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating strong patient-care and coordination skills.
