Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Med-Surg Staff RNs to join the nursing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, demonstrating expertise in medical-surgical nursing practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical floor in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medications, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
