As a Clinical Supervisor, your expertise will be utilized in many ways, such as:
- Clinical oversight from admissions through discharge of homecare clients and patients
- Supervision of care management
- Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers
- Assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers
- Caregiver development through education and training

Minimum Requirements:
- Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required
- Minimum experience requirement
- Three (3) years nursing experience as RN
- One-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience
- At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory
- Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills preferred
- Supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
- Proficiency in the English language is required
Position Requirements:
- Rotating On-Call required
- Regular weekly schedule (part-time or full-time)
- Ability to perform patient visits as scheduled or assigned required
- Training/ education of field staff required
- Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on development of QIs / SOPs, etc
- Partner with Recruiter(s) collaborating on patient service delivery
- Assess, evaluate, and develop patient plans of care
- Coordinate with community partners
