Primary Responsibilities
  1. Chemical Handling:
    • Properly mix and use cleaning chemicals, compounds, and insecticides if needed.
  2. Tool and Equipment Operation:
    • Operate high-pressure hoses and floor scrubbers.
    • Dismantle, clean, and reassemble machinery.
    • Potential forklift operation (training provided).
  3. General Maintenance:
    • Perform painting or exterior maintenance tasks.
  4. Safety and Procedures:
    • Follow safety procedures and manufacturer’s guidelines for chemical use.
    • Accurately read and execute written/verbal instructions.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work effectively in a team and independently.
    • Communicate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Documentation:
    • Complete logs, forms, and required documentation accurately.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience:
    • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
    • Basic math skills for product usage and dilution rates.
    • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
    • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and safety protocols.
Physical Demands
  • Activities: Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and gripping.
  • Lifting: Occasionally lift/carry weights up to 10 lbs.
  • Vision: Good near/far visual acuity required.
Work Environment
  • Uneven ground and excessive noise.
  • Potential exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, biohazards, and machinery hazards.
  • Tasks may require work at heights or in physically demanding conditions.
Additional Information
  • Shift Structure: Rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Compensation: Starting at $16.70/hour, DOE (Depending on Experience).
