Experienced baker to produce breads, rolls, pastries, 

duties:

scale, measure, mix ingredients, using commercial mixers and dough handling equipment. 

operate dough sheeter, divider/rounder, bread molder, proofers, ovens

Make up, bake and finish sweet rolls, danish pastries and other baked goods 

High volume single unit commercial, retail bakery
