Job Description:

- Provide care to adult inpatients with a focus on orthopaedics, non-acute stroke, and trauma.
- Prioritize zero-harm, patient safety, and quality care.
- Enhance the patient experience through effective pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside handoff.
- Work in a 30-bed, non-telemetry medical-surgical unit.
- Ensure the unit maintains its Level II Age-Friendly NICHE facility standards.
