We would like to add an Experienced Quality Technicians to our growing team.Why join us?Competitive Hourly Pay Rate Based on Experience $20-$25 an hourNight Shift 6pm-6am ShiftOpenings are due to Company growth of over 30% the last two yearsGreat BenefitsAbility to be promoted withinJob DetailsAudit and monitor quality requirements on a line by the company quality assurance policies including ISO 9001:2015 and Safe Quality Food (SQF).Conduct inspections: in-process, in-coming, final inspections, and dock audits on occasion.Initiate non-conformance reports as required.Document and report inspection findings and results; and monitors corrective actions to inspection findings.Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection plans and specification requirements.Read and interpret specifications and part visual inspection sheets.Issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) as needed.Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs; logs the assembly non-conformities and communicates information to production department.Preferred Requirements:Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and height gaugesPrevious experience performing Quality Audits / InspectionsFamiliar with statistical softwareFamiliar with Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Lean Continuous Improvement.Previous ISO 9001 and or SQF experience.Interested in hearing more?
