This role is for a night shift, typically Sunday to Thursday from 10 PM to 8 AM (The exact schedule may vary based on customer needs). This role will require overtime & includes biweekly bonuses based on job performance!

Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Ann Arbor location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:
- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess the clients needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultations.
- Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.
- Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
- Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
- Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
- Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
- Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
