Position: Full-Time (40-55 hours per week)

You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

- Overnight crew management experience is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license.
- Work Nights - this is an overnight position
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
- Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
- Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
- Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
