The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to our quality standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and upkeep
• Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to maximize efficiency
• Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures
• Address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products safely
