As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Housekeeping Supervisor is to coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments by managing key access, monitoring productivity, assigning special cleaning tasks, and assigning extra cleaning duties. This role will create positive leadership by providing guidance and training for the department.

- Monitor and report housekeeping productivity, tracking vacant dirty (VD) rooms at specified intervals to promptly address any concerns.
- Conduct general cleaning and inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards for bedspreads, tubs/tiles, and other areas.
- Coordinate secure sign-in/out procedures for master keys and section keys to maintain guestroom access security.
- Assign and oversee daily special cleaning tasks, ensuring extra attention is given to high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot cleaning.
- Maintain organized logs for linen orders and assist with bi-monthly inventory and tally sheets for linen and amenity supplies.
