Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaming license. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace.
Experience: Knowledge of commercial housekeeping in a hotel/restaurant environment preferred. Must understand staff scheduling and be familiar with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment. Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software. 10 keys by touch and data entry skills with speed and accuracy required
Physical: Requires stamina for constant movement of walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, repetitive motions, pushing heavy cleaning equipment; must have the ability to lift 40 pounds frequently. Must possess hand and finger dexterity for using tools and equipment.

Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- Maintains advanced knowledge of departmental & Enterprise policies & procedures, including those related to safety.
- Ensures the use of the correct equipment and chemicals to complete tasks according to safety & cleanliness standards.
- Help identify and report maintenance needs relating to necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
- The Supervisor will be a hands-on housekeeper during shift and ensure teamwork is maintained
- Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage based on workload and demand of the business.
- Enforces and oversees the disciplinary/conflict resolution procedures in accordance with Enterprise policy.
- May be assigned to giving direct supervision to the Room Inspectors/Trainer in the absence of the Room Attendant Supervisor/s.
- Ensure that staff always maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor, and to instill in all staff, for example, that guest satisfaction and exemplary service are the standards to be always maintained.
- Responsible for administering performance appraisals of housekeeping staff, which may include Room Attendants and Laundry Attendants.
- Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately
- Other duties as assigned
