We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, as well as managing a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage and schedule housekeeping staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment

Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills for managing schedules, inventories, and reports
