We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

[Responsibilities]:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants.
• Assign tasks and schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines.
• Cleaning Public areas.
• Help room attendants in cleaning rooms, Clean at least 5 stayover rooms daily.

[Requirements]:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

[Preferred Qualifications]:

• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
