Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Manual Wire Bonder (3rd shift) experienced in wirebonding gold wire or ribbon to various die and substrates, with a current or expired IPC 610 certificate.
Job Requirements:
Wirebond experience
Current or expired IPC 610 certificate
Must pass background check
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the 5G industry and microwave components
Job Responsibilities:
Operate manual wire bond equipment in a clean-room environment
Wire-bond gold wire or ribbon to various die and substrates
Train in multiple microelectronics processes involving other assembly activities
Maintain compliance with Mil Standard 883 requirements through detailed production activities and documentation
Set-up and operate manual Gold wire bonders and manual eutectic/epoxy die attach systems per micro-circuit layout drawings
Ensure proper wire formation, bond appearance, and bond strength as per Mil Std 883
Ensure proper die attachment, including coverage and die shear strength per Mil Std 883
Perform die attach using solder preforms or epoxy on various components
Adhere to all area ESD protocols
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
