Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift (8:30pm - 5:30am). The ideal candidate must be able to work 4/10's anytime between Sunday night and Saturday afternoon into Saturday night.
Responsibilities
We offer comprehensive health, eye, and dental insurance, with 95% of the cost covered for employees. Family coverage is also available. Enjoy two weeks of vacation in your first year, with one week every six months, and ten paid holidays annually. Our great 401k plan includes a company donation of about 6% of your gross annual salary into the plan at no cost to you.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift (8:30pm - 5:30am). The ideal candidate must be able to work 4/10's anytime between Sunday night and Saturday afternoon into Saturday night.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Safety and Quality program, company work rules, policies, and procedures through timely and appropriate use of discipline for all employees.
- Provide direct and indirect oversight of the entire operation with support from all department managers.
- Maintain GMP's and good housekeeping standards throughout areas of responsibility.
- Review and react to systems line control data to ensure compliance with specifications and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Minimize product and/or material loss through cooperative action with personnel.
- Recommend and implement procedures to promote safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Promote efficient use of available personnel through training and expectation setting using a skills matrix to develop a plan.
- Maintain positive employee/departmental relationships that align with company values.
- Promptly escalate known or anticipated problems to the Operations Manager.
- Conduct equipment/personnel evaluations for both efficiency gains and sanitation opportunities.
- Demonstrate commitment to continued personal and professional growth.
- 5-10 years of Supervisory or Leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in food and beverage.
- Experience can be substituted for education.
- Good problem-solving ability with successful experience in a team-building environment.
- Troubleshooting expertise in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
