Production Site Supervisor - Marshall, North Carolina

DISHER is currently partnering with one of the largest functional beverage manufacturers in America, offering a diverse portoflio of organic, private label, functional beverages for top global retailers. They are currently searching for a third shift Production Site Supervisor to add to their team in Marshall, North Carolina.

What you'll get to do:
    • Adhere to all company safety policies, conduct safety inspections, and report hazards or incidents to the Packaging Manager immediately.
    • Ensure proper resources are available for the third shift and communicate scheduling concerns to the manager after the shift.
    • Test Brite tanks for carbonation levels, adjust CO2, and document results to ensure they are ready for packaging.
    • Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support operators in resolving production problems.
    • Oversee employees to ensure they follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures, and safety protocols (PPE).
    • Ensure accurate completion of line and packaging paperwork, and communicate production schedule changes in real-time to relevant teams.
    • Participate in changeovers, coordinate production efforts, and ensure products meet customer specifications and safety standards.
    • Support new hire training, coach employees, and address performance issues, including covering packaging breaks and stepping in for absent managers.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure accurate data entry in ERP and other virtual systems.
    • Follow SQF and GMP policies for food safety and quality, report issues to the Quality Assurance Manager, and contribute to continuous improvement.

    • Flexibility in work hours is necessary to meet operational demands
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 2 years of leadership experience preferred
    • Manufacturing experience preferred
