OVERVIEW ::

Responsible for inventory and distribution of packaging materials and ingredients on shift.



RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
  • Unloading all boxes, packaging and ingredients.
  • Signing in/out all packaging materials and ingredients from the secure storage area within the plant.
  • Operating scan guns, CFS system, manifest system and receiving system.
  • Generates bar code labels for all incoming boxes, packaging and ingredients.
  • Monitors and scans out all packaging materials, scans back unused/whole packaging materials.
  • Housekeeping of packaging and ingredient storage area as well as corrugated box storage area to keep both organized and clean.
  • Performing full physical inventory of all packaging materials, boxes and ingredients daily.
  • Other tasks as needed by purchasing manager.


REQUIREMENTS ::
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office in general and Excel specifically.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work varied hours when necessary.
  • Previous pallet jack and fork lift experience required.
  • Satisfactory communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Satisfactory customer service skills.
