Job Description:

• Lead all production related manufacturing operations.
• Meet shift metric goals, adhere to policies and make decisions focused on continuously improving safety, productivity, quality, and controlling operating costs.
• Utilize LEAN methodologies to analyze plant performance and create countermeasures when needed to correct underachievement.
• Lead labor relations and team development to maintain the strongest team culture possible.
• Collaborate with operations support functions including purchasing, finance, engineering, maintenance, quality, and human resources to ensure the value streams perform at their highest possible levels.
• Report to the Plant Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams functionalities
• 5+ years manufacturing experience required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.

Working Conditions: In addition to office work, this position requires working in a manufacturing environment where personal protective equipment is necessary.

Schedule: 11PM-7AM, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary will be based upon qualifications, experience, and education. Salary can range from $55,000-$85,000 per year.
