**DESCRIPTION**
Forklift certified and ability stack and unstack material as necessary
Ability to jump on and off forklift multiple times during a shift. Requirements include moving material with lift as well as lift material from packs utilizing hoists.
Read and maintain manual picklist organization.
Communication between other material handlers to align on material pulls.
Ability to learn a large amount of part numbers and plant layout for material organization
Ability to communicate via email, text, phone with hourly staff and leadership staff
Ability to work posted OT schedule and ability to adapt to needs as necessary
Maintain and manage receiving dock to a 5S standard. Support material organization as necessary
o Repacking, re-racking, and re-organization as necessary
Performs other related activities as assigned
Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training in line with business requirements. Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of training and education required
Minimum 1 year of experience training or mentoring employees
Minimum 1 year of experience working in manufacturing or related industry
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to be able to read, comprehend, interpret and apply manufacturing instruction guides
Must be in good standing (no performance/attendance write-ups within the last 6 months)
Must communicate clearly and effectively with employees and management
Can effectively work with employees of diverse backgrounds
Operates with honesty and integrity
**Experience:**
Minimal or no work experience required.
