In this key role, you'll serve as the central hub of all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse associates and jockey drivers.
• Assign tasks based on the outbound schedule to guarantee timely loading and delivery.
• Work closely with the logistics supervisor and report directly to the warehouse manager.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems swiftly to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Secondary education in supply chain or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse environment preferred. At least 1 year of administrative or office experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and stay organized in a high-demand setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a knack for motivating others.
