POSITION SUMMARY

To do daily cleaning, greasing, inspections, filter changes and other various tasks on equipment while it is down or running.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn new skills
• A good work ethic and basic math skills
• The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Understanding of written and verbal communication
• Use of a tablet

FUNCTONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspection and filling / changing of oil
• Lubrication of bearings
• Inspection, tightening and replacement of belts
• Boiler blowdowns
• Inspection of fans and cleaning / changing of filters
• Cleaning
• Reporting work electronically on a tablet
• Reporting out issues beyond your qualifications to maintenance personnel
• Other duties as assigned.
