Purpose: Dryer Operator

The purpose of the position is to operate the Dryers used to bake the kibble and conduct testing and apply troubleshooting to ensure the product meets specifications.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operation of the Dryer
Blowing down the dryer
Change the screener on the dryer
Testing product during production to ensure it meets specifications
Able to use computer and software programs used to troubleshoot, control settings on equipment, and for documentation
Clean under and around conveyors, dryer, and other plant machinery and workspaces
Cean, set up, and calibrate equipment

Job Requirements:

Follow GMP’s and safety protocols
Great trouble-shooting skills
Computer literate
Team effort and communication
Willing and able to stand for long periods of time
Attention to detail
Desire to clean is a must
Mechanically inclined
Must be reliable

Hours:

3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30 am

Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19 per hour (a $1.50 per hour wage differential applies for 2nd and 3rd shifts)
