Job Description

Growing Cleveland Company is looking for entry level Industrial General Laborers.

PAY: $17.20/hr with a raise to $19.21 after 90 days with good performance and attendance

SHIFT: 3rd 10 pm to 6:30 am with potential OT

Duties Include:

Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Assist with the assembly, production, and packaging of products as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Help maintain inventory and organize materials and supplies.
Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of workplace safety.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Punctuality and reliability.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
