Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support for our assigned buildings. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and possess a robust knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

What's the Job?
- Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.
- Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing.
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with contractors for remedial services and maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to learn bespoke databases.
- Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental issues and relevant legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of BMS Controls and HVAC systems.
- Understanding of PRVs, pumps, bore water systems, compressors, LP boilers, and steam systems.
- Ability to read system drawings and troubleshoot relays, PCBs, and closed water systems.
