Gain insight and understanding of Project Development, Project Implementation and Project Start-up. Gain knowledge of the production process, support the needs of production as an engineer, understand how to prepare reports and update plant documentation. Troubleshoot plant quality issues, understand production quality initiatives and requirements. Understand and apply knowledge of EHS requirements at production sites and get involved in safety projects, reporting and analysis Understand maintenance processes and evaluate potential improvement activities, gain know-how to coordinate a maintenance down day, understand the various aspects of maintenance supervision, planning, and the role of a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer Understand the basics about technical equipment used in chemical manufacturing, understand how to monitor the processes and the product quality with relevant software applications and gain understanding of tools to optimize the process and quality Possible work locations include, but are not limited to, Hopewell, VA; Mapleton, IL; Mobile, AL; Blair, NE; Birmingham, AL; Tippecanoe, IN; Janesville/Milton, WI; Wichita, KS; Pasadena, TX; Reserve, LA; Allentown, PA; Piscataway, NJ; Richmond, VA; Havre De Grace, MD; Bayport, TX; Tonawanda, NY, Chester, PA REQUIREMENTS Must have a BS in an Engineering Curriculum (Chemical, Biological or Mechanical) Must have problem solving ability, be passionate about self-development and learning, and have strong written/verbal communication skills. Must be computer literate (SAP, MS Office preferred) Must be willing and able to move to another region of the United States for the duration of the program (2 years) Relevant previous internships in a manufacturing environment preferred The target start date is June 2025
