Job Description
We are a multi-state law firm seeking North Carolina real estate lawyers on an independent contractor basis to conduct residential real estate closings.
Assignments include meeting with borrowers in-home and in-office to conduct real estate closing transactions. Ideal candidates will have prior real estate experience, be highly organized, and a have willingness to provide the best signing experience. Flexible hours, competitive compensation, and back-office support provided by an experienced team.

Job Requirements:
Conduct real estate closings in compliance with applicable laws
Maintain communication with borrowers and our firm by confirming appointments with borrowers or parties to the transaction in advance of closing
Ability to print closing packages
Travel to closing location
Scan closing packages to be returned to lenders
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina
Notary License
Knowledge of NC real estate practice and documents
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent verbal communication skills
Training available
