Working in wholesale, you'll help drive the most innovative sales strategy and build best in class customer experiences for our consumers. You will be a part of shaping the future of the Brand, understanding wholesale concepts working with multiple stakeholders for the consumer all while helping to create a world class environment for wholesale teams across the North America.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:

As a North America Sales Intern, you will be a part of how Converse comes to life in our partner's stores and marketplaces at scale around the geography. In this role, you'll be supporting the Converse team on the future of wholesale. You'll have the opportunity to work cross - functionally as a central member of the N.A. Sales Team and will collaborate / partner with the extended N.A. team (inclusive of business planning, merchandising, marketing etc)to unlock growth opportunities and drive the overall success of our business!

  • Conduct research and analysis on different wholesale accounts, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competition. Assist in generating reports and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making.


  • Work closely with the wholesale team to brainstorm and implement initiatives that enhance partner satisfaction and buy in.


  • Collaborate with various departments to support strategic initiatives while working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and apply data-driven solutions to real-world challenges.


  • Collect and analyze sales data, trend patterns, and other key performance indicators.


  • Support the implementation of seasonal sales tools to enhance partner buy in


  • Identify opportunities to better serve consumer demand, marketplace gaps and account partnerships.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 - Spring 2027


  • Basic knowledge of business, operations, and retail or wholesale environments


  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for international business and market dynamics


Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities with sometimes a high level of ambiguity


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively


  • Ability to work in global environment with a strong understanding of culture nuances


  • Strong interpersonal skills and open to learning new tools/techniques
