We are looking for a reliable and responsible Customer Service Rep with aspirations to grow within a company!
The position is a hybrid position with a rotating weekly schedule of home and office shifts.
Position Requirements:
- Call Handling and Scheduling: Efficiently manage incoming calls and scheduling tasks.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service and support over the phone.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment while in the office.
- Independent Productivity: Maintain focus and complete tasks efficiently when working from home.
- Reliable Transportation: Ensure consistent attendance for office shifts.
- Strong Communication: Exhibit clear and professional communication skills.
- Home Office Setup: Must have fast, reliable internet and phone service, as well as a computer, for remote work rotations.
Starting pay is $17-$20 with a weekly and monthly bonus
After 90 days BCBS healthcare is provided by company for free.
