Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge, ensuring pliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including budget management, payroll, inventory control, and scheduling to meet financial goals.
• Actively participate in business development and munity outreach to enhance the pharmacys presence.
• Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy associates, ensuring adherence to policies and providing professional development.
• Participate in patient-centered services such as immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs.
• Stay current with continuing education as required by state law and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active New York State Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification required
• fortable administering all vaccines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in pharmacy management or supervision is a plus
• Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
