Physical Inventory: Planning and executing physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Email Inbox Management: Monitoring and managing a shared email inbox where questions, concerns, and inquiries related to inventory management are received and addressed promptly.
Issue Resolution: Overseeing the daily movement of inventory throughout the organization and resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Inventory Adjustments: Processing inventory and receipt adjustments for stores and warehouses as necessary.
Data Management and Integrity: Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness, identifying missing or incorrect information, and performing quality checks to ensure data integrity is consistently maintained.
Report Creation: Generating reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Data Organization: Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, electronic filing systems, and other records to efficiently organize and store data.
SOP Management: Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management.
Training and Support: Assisting in training and coaching stakeholders on effective inventory control processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights
Experience with data cleaning, preparation, and validation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis or the willingness to learn SQL
Previous experience in inventory control functions, finance, or auditing
Prior experience in project management
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Knowledge of supply chain processes
Experience with SharePoint and Tableau for reporting
Experience with Oracle Retail Systems
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
