Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff members with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information or forwarding to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage the office calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
