POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. WHAT WE OFFER:

We are a family-oriented company and offer competitive pay and benefits to our employees. Benefits include 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, ST & LT Disability, PTO, and 7 paid holidays annually. The total compensation for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually DOE.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and implement innovative recruiting procedures to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Write clear and engaging job descriptions and posts to attract diverse applicants.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Administer language proficiency tests to evaluate candidates' fluency in required languages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, and candidate sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across various industries preferred.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse work environments preferred.


Salary Range:

$65,000-75,000 including incentive compensation
