POSITION SUMMARY
The Daily Wire is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage the recruiting lifecycle of a diverse array of positions across varying departments including Production, Marketing & Social Media, Editorial, Legal, Operations and more. Working with several business line hiring managers, the Recruiter will help identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet the Company's staffing needs. This role involves developing effective recruiting strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating across the Company to ensure timely and successful hires.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
Prepare position descriptions. Post recruiting ads. Source candidates. Conduct phone screenings. Facilitate first in-person interviews. Conduct reference checks. Coordinate final interviews for management. Negotiate offers with candidates. Arrange and track offer letters. Ensure timely communication with applicants and the hiring manager throughout the entire recruiting process.
Workload Management
Multi-task to manage a high volume of requisitions and interviews in various stages of the recruiting process on a daily basis. Proactively track all vacancies (actual and potential). Keep managers apprised of workload at all times and request assistance as needed to ensure a smooth process.
Collaboration and Partnership
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs. Provide custom hiring strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing goals. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and interview preparation. Create and build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Strategic Development
Develop and implement recruitment strategies. Assist in identifying and implementing improvement strategies and best practices. Stay abreast of new trends, legislation, and innovations in the field of recruitment.
Candidate Experience
Ensure the candidate has a world-class interview/hiring experience representing our brand and commitment to an exceptional experience. Follow up timely with candidates throughout the process and after decisioning.
Reporting and Data Analysis
Meet with manager routinely to discuss ongoing recruiting efforts. Prepare quarterly and year-end recruiting data reports for head of Human Resources. Make recommendations for program improvement based on data analysis.
Internship Program Management
Manage the company's internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. Partner with department leaders to identify intern projects and ensure meaningful learning experiences. Act as the primary point of contact for interns and oversee evaluations, feedback, and conversion to full-time roles if/when appropriate.
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Education
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communications, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter
Interest in and/or familiarity with the conservative political and editorial news landscapes
Experience recruiting for entertainment/production roles a significant plus
Solid understanding of and proven success in corporate recruiting
Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multitask in a busy work environment
Excellent attention to detail and superb organizational skills
Superb judgment about people
Unequivocally maintains a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Reports to: Senior HR Manager

Compensation: Dependent upon experience
