Department Statement: The Recruitment team is responsible for actively seeking out, finding and hiring candidates for a specific position or role at Filevine. We not only seek out talent but oversee the entire hiring process, from role opening to the new hires orientation to the company.

Job Summary Filevine is seeking an experienced Recruiter to oversee all aspects of recruiting operations and candidate experience. A successful candidate will be extremely organized, goal oriented and flexible as you will be working with departmental heads in their recruiting needs. We are looking for someone that is dependable, hard-working, and driven. You will own sourcing, screening, scheduling and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities
    • Keep all job postings up to date
    • Source candidates, both actively and passively, via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other platforms
    • Actively participate in regular meetings and impromptu communication with hiring managers, department leads and other stakeholders within the company
    • Manage ATS to keep pipeline current and accurate
    • Schedule multiple interviews weekly with candidates and hiring manager
    • Coordinate all details that are involved with the interviewing process
    • Own recruiting process for 10+ roles at any given time
    • Follow up with managers after the interview to keep applicants up to date
    • Flexible in working with a wide range of personalities and preferences
    • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through ongoing relationship management and proactive market research
    • Build and adapt sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for experienced candidates
    • Support the overall hiring goals of the company by participating in special projects to improve the recruiting process as a whole
    • Assist in designing, building and executing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience
    • Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure Filevine offers candidates the best experience and provide your team with the tools, resources and support needed to achieve these goals


Qualifications
    • Must be able to work full-time and onsite in Salt Lake City, UT
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
    • 3-5 years relevant experience
    • Recruiting experience in SaaS, Fintech, Legal, etc is preferred
    • Prior experience in a recruiting agency is preferred
    • Must be organized and a self-starter
    • Thorough understanding of HR policies and best practices
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal direction
    • Thrives in an agile, rapidly changing environment
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
    • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
