Our client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruiter to help with recruitment across a range of functions, such as Communications, Public Policy/Global Affairs, Legal, and Marketing.
This is an onsite, 6-month contract. You must be able to work 2 days a week in Hollywood, CA, and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is up to $120.00, paid time off and benefits are available through Talent Table. There is no C2C.
Responsibilities:
- You will own the strategy and develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure we are identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for varying roles (entry-level to Director).
- You'll work directly with recruiting researchers and hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team's needs. You'll coach and advise based on your knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
- You'll participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, offers, negotiating, and closing candidates. You'll ensure that candidates understand and embrace our unique Client's culture.
- Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.
- 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Full-cyle recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates; able to coach and influence senior leaders) preferably across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., legal, marketing, communications, public policy/ global affairs).
- Exceptional ability to work and drive outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to use market expertise and business insight to guide hiring decisions.
- Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice.
- Curious; you look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile researching market trends, domain technology, and seek out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You ask for feedback, and want to grow and develop in your career.
- You leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to track your progress and to inform decisions.
- Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.
