Spherion Staffing has an exciting opportunity available! We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing Fort Myers team. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and facilitate smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough research and lead generation to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
- Other duties as assigned/needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
