Join Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners as a Recruiter! We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to spearhead candidate sourcing efforts for our 70+ outpatient physical therapy clinics across Utah, Montana, and Idaho. As a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization, we've expanded our workforce by nearly 40% in the past nine months-and we're not slowing down. To support this momentum, we're looking for an experienced Sourcer to help attract and hire 100s of licensed physical therapists over the next three years and beyond.

Your Role
  • Short-Term Focus: Increase applicant flow by 25% within 12 months by developing and optimizing candidate pipelines.
  • Long-Term Vision: Build a scalable sourcing plan to attract top talent through 2028 and beyond.
  • Innovation: Leverage your expertise and creativity to design, implement, and improve sourcing strategies that generate quality leads.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Marketing teams to target critical need areas, including rural settings, with compelling employer branding and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-growth organizations.
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of scaling talent acquisition efforts.
  • Exceptional research skills and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time to career fairs, student presentations, and Mountain Land clinics
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • The ability to hold others accountable in a professional manner
