The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will leverage tools like Workday and social media platforms, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and provide creative, flexible solutions to meet hiring needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
- Utilize Workday and other applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate documentation.
- Proactively source candidates using social media platforms, Boolean search techniques, and online databases.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job postings, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience by maintaining timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws throughout all stages of recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and drive hiring results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and organizational stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Strong customer service skills with proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Social media recruiting skills and experience sourcing candidates online.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Flexible, creative, and able to work with a positive, high-energy attitude.
- Technical recruitment experience in upstream, midstream, and chemicals sectors preferred.
- Certified Sourcing Professional with expertise in Boolean search and sourcing online databases preferred.
- Experience with advanced sourcing tools and strategies, including creative outreach and social media platforms
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, hair follicle.
- Physical Requirements - Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. Frequently stationary for extended periods, with occasional office movement. Regular computer use, including typing and viewing screens.
