HR Admin

Human resources administrator needed to assist with HR Processes. . This will include screening potential candidates, providing orientations, onboarding new employees (paperwork, background and drug tests, etc), being able to use multiple systems and performing employee reviews. This position may also assist with payroll.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews to screen talent
• Onboard new employees (paperwork, drug and background checks, etc) from start to finish
• Provide detailed reviews of employee performance
• Communicating with internal and external employees/clients
• Assist in researching and drafting healthy human resources policies
• Assist with payroll
• Updating employee information into different systems

Requirements

An HR specialist must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR specialist or worked in a junior role or internship
• Ability to screen and interview potential employees.
