AIM Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking an HR Manager to support our organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture and have experience with integrating and working with acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring thought leadership and creative solutions to a growing organization. This is a full-time role.


HR Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, change management and team building

• Manage and grow a team of HR Coordinator/ HRBP to support the business

• Provide strategic business partnership, through collaboration and coaching to the members of the organization

• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

• Manage and facilitate the overall Employee Performance Cycle throughout the year

• Partner with Leaders, Addison Group shared service partners, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR teams to implement solutions and help scale the business

• Manage employee relation issues, as needed

Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings, as needed

Lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the organization’s culture and enable the organization to perform effectively together

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

• 2+ years’ experience as a people manager effectively developing and leading high-performing teams

• Experience supporting technical teams

• Flexibility and initiative to offer assistance and contribute where needed, including simple tasks

• Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business

• Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization

• Demonstrated empathy and experience driving diversity & inclusion strategies

• Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

• Experience leading across matrixed organizations to scale

• Demonstrated experience to influence and strategically solve problems

• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

• IT Consulting or Staffing experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree

• Experience working in a technology environment

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and changing environment
