Position Purpose

The Accounting Manager is responsible for accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial and compliance reporting, monthly balancing, and recording and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions.

Job Functions
  • Main duties include managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in conformance with established policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
  • Day by day supervision of the AR and AP team for all NAM entities, managing a team of 4 people.
  • Responsible of timely and accurate posting of AP assuring prompt resolution of any discrepancy
  • Responsible of timely management and reconciliation of GRNI (good receipts) accounts
  • Responsible of reconciliation for any AP and AR related accounts
  • Supporting the Finance organization by providing all necessary reports for Month end closing, cash flow forecasting, sales and use tax accounting and reporting.
  • Perform special projects and duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a financial accounting management position.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
  • Ready to participate and contribute as part of the management team.
  • Results orientated team leader and motivator.
  • AXD365 experience preferred.
  • Strong management skills
