ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Responsible for posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting system, processing
payments and/or assisting in preparation of billings and other financial reports.
•Perform routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in
maintaining accounting records.
•Respond to inquiries and contact other departments and/or vendors to resolve a variety of problems.
•Assist in performance of various clerical duties.
•Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records accurate.
•Perform routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data.
•Compile spreadsheets to assist with accounting reports.
•Make bank deposits and perform banking duties for patients on a daily basis and maintain and
reconcile bank accounts if needed.
•Assist in maintaining files, generate and send bills.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
•Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Previous office, accounting or healthcare accounting experience preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
•Valid State Driver's license required

Compensation for roles at Duffy's Rehab varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Duffy's Rehab provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California set forth below.

Calculated Hourly Range for role:
California: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
