As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented IT Professional with strong cybersecurity skills to lead our security initiatives, support daily operations, and ensure the seamless performance of our software and hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Implementation and Maintenance:
- Design, implement, and manage robust security measures to protect company systems and data.
- Monitor for security vulnerabilities, breaches, and other cyber risks, taking prompt action when necessary.
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Technical Support:
- Provide daily IT support for software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and application issues promptly.
- Maintain, upgrade, and manage all IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices.
- System Monitoring and Optimization:
- Perform regular system audits to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure optimal uptime and functionality.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery solutions, and system updates.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with all departments to understand and address their IT needs.
- Train employees on security protocols and IT best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support and cybersecurity, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption.
- Proficiency in managing Windows, Linux, or MacOS environments.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce. Salesforce Admin credentials a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
