Scheduling Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ | San Diego, CA | Atlanta, GA
Pay: $110,000-135,000K annually
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week
Employment Type: Permanent
As a Construction Scheduling Engineer, you will be tasked growing regional field teams, facilitating collaborative preconstruction planning sessions, and monitoring data analytics on schedules. You will report Directly to the Director of Scheduling. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site.
Requirements
Primavera P6 experience
5-10+ years experience scheduling commercial or industrial construction projects
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
An understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
What You’ll Do
Grow regional field teams with standard scheduling practices
Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules
Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations
- Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
- Act as a resource to project construction teams
